We couldn't be more satisfied with the overall service Onofreo provided from the initial assessment to job completion, including the office staff. There were challenges, as this was a replacement AC unit. Despite that, the expertise of everyone involved was clearly evident in every aspect of the instillation. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the services Onofreo Home Comfort Systems offer.

The installers came on time, took about 4 hours to replace the furnace and make sure it was working. They were professional and polite, got the job done. Compared to other HVAC people I have used, they are great and would highly recommend them. They also gave me a fair price for the unit.

We had a ground source heat pump installed so it was a complete overhaul project. Ted and team from Onofreo designed the system to exactly what our existing home ducting was capable of. We are already saving money with a significantly more efficient system then oil plus every inch if the house is the perfect temperature and humidity, no more cold spots! Highly recommend this team to anyone, especially if you're looking to get off oil and save some money.

From troubleshooting to the install of a new system was seamless! The on road staff and office staff were great to deal with. I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them .

We contacted several companies about an efficient replacement for our old furnace and A/C. Ted, an Onofreo specialist in heat pumps and geothermal technology, was the first to show up and analyze our situation. Deeply knowledgeable, he patiently and thoroughly explained all the factors to consider and produced two detailed proposals. After further research and proposals from other companies, we decided Ted's proposal was the best. He was always accessible for questions, and he carefully supervised and inspected the installation. We could not have had better service, and we are completely satisfied with our new Bryant Evolution air\-based heat pump.

Onofreo made this experience very easy. From the office staff setting up an appointment with Tom Clement to the installers who were the ultimate pro's. I can't say it enough that Onofreo is who you should call for your furnace and AC needs.

Jason and crew were always early to the job, very nice, explained what he was going to do before he did it, and left the space cleaner than when they found it. Also the pricing, while expensive, was very competitive and we came away with nothing but a positive experience.

Onofreo installed an Evolution Heat pump system over two days. The weather was cold and they were able to have the back\-up heating coils working after the first day which was much appreciated. One of the thermostats was faulty and it took a few days to get a new one installed due to the holidays. Shane, (sales), Jason and Matt (the installers) and Anthony (the tech who fixed the thermostat) were all knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Onofreo Home Comfort is first rate.

I just replaced my old A/C through Onofreo. I was extremely pleased with the entire process \-\- from the office personnel, to the sales person, to the installers. Every step was handled with professionalism and expertise.

Almost a full day job but they were able to install our new AC unit. All were so professional.

Onofreo exceeded my expectations. Technicians were polite and respectful of customer and property. Further they were very knowledgeable. The City Inspector came while the gas furnace was being installed and afterward and stated they had done a "phenomenal job" for my 101 year old home. Gladly recommend Onofreo. They also installed a tankless water heater.

Being that this was a whole day event, they were as quiet as they could be and the areas in which they worked were cleaner that when they started. From the first call too job completion, Onofreo Company made a complete AC Furnace replacement smooth and easy. Shana and Kelly over the phone are a delight, as well as knowledgeable, to talk with about your problem. Anthony the technician and consultant that came out was great, informative, and helpful on choosing what systems that would be a great replacement for a 1989 out dated system. The installation was "Outstanding " by Jack and Drew who are some the hardest working guys you come across. Trained and professional and have an eye for detail, spotted and fixed, a loose gas line and a improperly sealed flu exhaust from a gas water heater to the chimney. All which was not a part of the contract, potentially dangerous, and without hesitation fixed it. They care about the safety of everyone in the house! On top of that they installed a brand new thermostat, and before gave us a window unit to use until the AC was fixed! Truly Awesome!! I would recommend anyone looking to replace, fix , maintain, their HVAC needs to call Onofreo. Thank you all at Onofreo!!!

Very happy with Technicians From Onfrio. They were knowledgeable and competent

Brendan and Levi were very helpful and answered all my questions. They ran into a minor issue (which was NOT their doing) and found a solution and fixed the issue. Great crew all in all.
