From the very start Matt was very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our concerns and was even educating us helping us to understand everything involved and what would be the best solution. Matt and his team (Rick (team lead) and coworkers) treated everything as if they were doing the install for their own home. The team was outstanding. Their workmanship was top notch. I have never had a contractor/company do work as good as them. I want to make it clear that we have never responded to a survey before, because no one has ever delivered. That changed with Eagle Mechanical Inc. as they delivered in every area and we are a customer for life. There is no reason to look anywhere else. If there is an award to be given it should go to them.

Service was great and a super friendly. However, quality inspection was sub\-par. Had to have them out again because we were sucking up dirt from the crawl space and the condensate pump had a giant puddle of water around it. Got the pump replaced because it was seized up and they sealed up some holes found in ducting. However, we were still sucking dirt into the HVAC system. Went to inspect it myself and found a hole just downstream of the filter and the whole bottom of the furnace had not been sealed like the top and sides were. Eagle Mechanical came out a third time and made it right. They then also paid for a duct cleaning. There still seems to be some dust floating around in the system when it's running but I feel they did their due diligence in correcting the initial issues but a thorough quality inspection after install would have gone a long way.
