Southwest Heating and Cooling has helped us in the past with getting our older AC back working. In July we noticed it wasn't working quite right, unit was 17 yrs old, so we called them up to take a look. After talking with their technicians and going through all the options, we determine that it would be better if we replace the AC unit and the furnace as well at the same time. We scheduled the work a week out and they showed up when they said they would got the work done and a day and a half and couldn't be happier. This is the only company that I will ever call to do heating and cooling work on my house now and in the future. Their technicians are very nice and knowledgeable and thorough. Whenever. I had a question. They stopped. Made sure that my question was answered and then they kept on working. It's so nice these days that there's a company out there that shows how much they care about their customers.

To anyone considering using SW Heating \& Cooling here is my story: Unfortunately, my HVAC system died this summer after 27 years and I needed to get it replaced. Because I have an engineering background, I did considerable research on the brands, installation companies and energy usage of different units. I ultimately selected Southwest Heating \& Cooling and I am so glad I did. I was thoroughly impressed with their entire team, from the Owner to the technicians that installed the unit. Mike M., the owner, came out and reviewed the system and gave us a quote. The Office Manager, Lisa B., was so personable and professional and has excellent communication skills. She kept me in the loop by both phone calls and e\-mails on what was going to be happening, helped find rebates for me, etc. The technicians, Preston and Michael, were AMAZING! They were both so professional and really took the time to do the job right, explain things to me, like how to make my unit last longer, etc. Michael was so nice and even made aesthetic changes for me upon request, even though it took him a little bit longer and cost him a little bit more. He didn't complain once or say no. Truly a craftsman. All this being said, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any HVAC Service. They go above and beyond and these days, that's saying a lot.

My technicians/installers Tom Baribeau and Michael Stahl were very respectful of my property and spent a significant amount of time installing my new air conditioner. Michael Stahl walked my husband and I through the completion sites and pipes with the furnace and air conditioner very appropriately. I plan on calling Southwest Heating and Cooling for any other appropriate service needs.

Mike gave us a no nonsense bid after reviewing our needs. Jesus and Rony showed up on time and worked all day to replace our furnace and water heater and installed a new AC unit. Lisa in the office took care of all the paperwork (registration and rebates) All we had to do was sit back and enjoy our home additions

On the coldest day in 123 years in Denver, our furnace decided it was done heating our home. I called Southwest because the owner helped me out previously when the furnace ignitor failed and he just gave me a new one. Jesus \& Rodney promptly showed up the next day with a new furnace and AC unit.. They were friendly and clean. Unfortunately, the circuit board on the furnace was bad, but they quickly got another board and stayed until the furnace was successfully working.

My furnace needed replacing ( quite working) I called Southwest on a Sat. That same day the owner came to my house, gave me 3 estimates, explaining each one. I was impressed with the promptness of service. Great pricing and financing. Had a new furnace by Tuesday. I'm pleased with my decision and would recommend Southwest Heating and Cooling!!!
