The team did a great job replacing the furnace and adding central air for first time. Very responsive and helpful. Nice clean job. All members of the team were very kind and polite, especially to my tenant renting the house. System is working great.

The experience with our install was top notch from start to finish. No hard pressure sales, no add ons or upselling. They did an excellent job on the install of a full system\- new furnace, AC and thermostat and left the area cleaner than they found it. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs. After sitting through a few long and not so honest HVAC sales pitches, we were delighted to have The Weather Changers out for an examination of our HVAC system and a recommendation that was emailed to us. This was an efficient use of everyone's time. Unlike other companies, they didn't scare us into replacing our furnace at the same time or pressure us into options we didn't need. When we decided to move forward, they quickly scheduled our install. The installers were polite and professional and answered all of our questions. They took steps to protect our floors and keep things tidy, which was greatly appreciated.

called several places for an install quote. some were not taking work for months. called and they came out in 1 week and did the job 1 week later.

In retrospect, I should have insisted the installer install the proper "filter\-holder" instead of relying on the parts remaining from the previous install of an electronic air cleaner.
