Great communication during entire process, from estimate stage to completion. Very well executed on day of installation. Philip, both installers and electrical contractors were all very efficient friendly, and provided great service.

Great service, new furnace installed properly and at a fair price. The company was also good about communicating along the way from bid to install to inspection afterwards.

Overall we had a great experience with Eagle and every one we dealt with. Our main line of contact was Philip, he was great and very responsive to our emails and questions through the whole process. Any time we had a problem or question before or after the install he was quick to find a solution that would fit our schedule which was not the easiest to do as our days off coordinated with the days they are closed. We have had/been using both our units thanks to Colorado's crazy weather the last month and they work flawlessly.

The estimator was willing to work with my ideas on my furnace replacement and new A/C unit to get the best installation. The installer was also good to work with, and got the entire thing (including upgrades needed for for code compliance) done in a day.

Replacement of same furnace system totally, improperly, installed 10 years ago by another dealer. Exhaust system now looks professional, repairs to dwelling completed, and the furnace is functioning as it should...and more comfortably. Excellent service, professional in every way. Everyone at Eagle is top notch from the owner to the receptionist. They installed our new heating and cooling system quickly and efficiently. They answered all of our questions and made sure we had a system that would last for years. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants exceptional service and products!

I was very impressed with this company and their professionalism I would highly recommend them. Jay came out to inspect my furnace area and I knew I wanted his company to do the install, I felt he was trustworthy right away. When they did the install it did not take nearly as long as I thought it would. The 2 gentlemen that did the install were so nice and easy to talk to and did a good job of explaining things to me. We are enjoying our new heater!

We chose Eagle heating and A/C due their professionalism and expertise. The didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, were extremely accommodating when we called to ask (lots) of questions. Ultimatly we understood exactly what and why we were purchasing the products we chose and the price was well within our budget.

Great work and customer experence

I can't say enough about "Eagle Heating and A/C". I own a Home Remodeling Business so I know a thing or two about doing the job right and making it look good. The other companies I had come out wanted to do the install the easiest and quickest way which would have left me with copper pipe running down the length of my house. Eagle went above and beyond the call of duty to keep the outside appearance of my house looking great by running the copper into my house right next to the A/C unit. Not to mention the inside of my house was also done very clean and professional. Jay's guys were knowledgeable and friendly . GREAT JOB guys!!!

Without hesitation Eagle Heating came through with my needs. I saw their advertisement in a local magazine, I called them up and the next thing I know they are in my house, pricing out the costs of the system, offered me an easy finance option and I was on my way to providing a new level of comfort in my home for my family. If you are in a position like mine, where you have enough funds, but not enough to back financing, then use Eagle Heating. They know their products and their service times couldn't be more perfect. Professionalism at its finest. I will honestly recommend them to anyone in the Colorado Springs/Monument areas.

They were friendly and professional on the first phone call; of the three estimates we requested, they were the only company that provided something in writing within 24\-hours; Jay (owner) was always prompt with a response to any inquiry I had; Joe (installer) was one of the friendliest, warm and professional technicians I've worked with before. We ended up having an issue with our water heater that was not related to the furnace job they were working on and Joe came to fix it the night before a holiday to ensure that our family would have hot water before the holiday week kicked off. They always called us before they came and maintained consistent communication, letting us know how the project was progressing.
