I have used Van Genderen for at least 8 years. They have serviced the furnace and air conditioner for me as well as made repairs to both. When my furnace quit working \-\- late in the afternoon \-\- I called and they sent out my regular technician within the hour. He checked everything on the furnace and determined that it had to be replaced and was actually dangerous if restarted. I had to wait a few days to get the new furnace installed but once the Van Genderen team started they replaced the furnace and A C coil and made sure everything was working within the agreed upon time frame. Now I have heat again and the outside part of the A C will be replaced in the spring.

Great Installation Experience for a New Bryant Furnace and Air Conditioner
Arrived on time, removed the old furnace, air conditioner, and water heater; professionally installed the new equipment, noting corrections needing to be made, installing a new line\-set when necessary, installed a new thermostat, and had a licensed electrician perform the electrical work in a completely satisfactory and timely manner, working for 7.5 hours until the job was completed that same day. They answered all my questions and instructed me on the newer features of the equipment that I was not familiar with.

Kevin and his Team did an excellent job installing the new Bryant products and dismantling the old Home Depot Units. Very narrow access to the back yard made it tough but they did a great job. They also made some modifications to the vents in the basement as well as easier access for me to replace air filters instead of climbing into the attic.

It was the second time I have chance cooperate with Kevin's team. In my previous house I had troubles with my furnace and missing A/C and I made decision to fully renovate my heating \& cooling system. I choose Bryant and for me unknown dealer Van Genderen Service but with very good references about Kevin's team. And it was completely true. Kevin went through all parts I had to install, explained what are differences between models of furnace/AC/Thermostat. Fully explained which model is best solution for my house and also doesn't ruin my account. Kevin's team was back in few days, it was quick (one day) and professional installation. I got answer for every detail of new system and chance to manage everything through mobile application. I used system more then one year and I cannot say anything wrong. System was tuned for my house, also highly efficient when my Xcel Energy dropped to 40% of bill before and Xcel report shows my house as high efficient compare to my neighbors. Later I moved to new house and situation with old furnace and old low efficient A/C repeated again but now it was quick decision JUST CALL KEVIN'S TEAM again. Now I have new house, new furnace, new A/C and new low energy bill. Van Genderen Service is highly recommend.
