I'm 72 and have dealt with dozens of service/repairmen/installers in my lifetime. Dan Boom \& Tradesman Heating and Cooling stands at the top of that list for knowledge, work ethic, promptness, price, and personality. He has replaced my water heater and furnace. He went above and beyond to make sure these installations were "practically perfect in every way" ! Tradesman Heating and Cooling will be installing a new air\-conditioner next year. I especially appreciate that Dan Boom quotes me a fair price and doesn't nickel and dime me throughout the process. His word IS his bond. PS: I love my new Bryant thermostat! Like having a user\-friendly computer on the wall!

Dan and his guys did an amazing job installing two units for us. He gave us a number of options as well as recommendations to improve our system efficiency. Very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism.

Dan and his team are something special. These guys truly are the real deal. Dan took the time to educate us on our home?s shortcomings from the heating and air conditioning perspective. Apparently, home builders do not know how to adequately design and size the ductwork. Our existing system was running at about half capacity for the last 15 years. Dan was able to correct our Ductwork and Install a new Bryant Extreme Heat pump and Modulating Bryant Furnace. Our house has never been more comfortable and the new system is so quiet we cannot hardly tell it is running. We can?t thank Dan, Derek, and Manny enough for helping improve comfort of our home!

Tradesman and specifically Dan Boom is one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. I am in the construction industry, so I am used to dealing with contractors. However, in business, often I work with people who do not have integrity and don't stick to what they promise. Dan was the exact opposite. Every time he told me anything (time he would arrive at my house, when he would call me, when he would get me a price by), he followed it to a T. He has extreme integrity and will always be honest and do the right thing for the customer. He charges a good and fair price for the right way to do the project. He will be honest and talk all the options through and do what is best for the customer. He is very transparent and is so easy to work with because he does what he says he is going to do. He also has more knowledge about HVAC than nearly any provider I have ever come across. I was so overly impressed. He has earned my trust, which is hard to come by, and has become a lifelong partner of ours for any HVAC needs we have in the future. I will never use anyone else!
