Heating Cooling and BeyondHVAC Services in Westlake Village

I highly recommend Heating Cooling and Beyond. We replaced an attic installed furnace and all ducts, and also installed a roof mounted central AC. Bids were provided by three different contractors and HC\&B?s was technically superior (I was a mechanical engineer in my former life and could tell the difference). HC\&B was selected and their whole team was competent and very pleasant to deal with. Emails and telephone calls were promptly answered, and all appointments were on time. The whole job took four days, but at the end of each day no one could tell that there was work in progress since they cleaned up the areas were they worked on a daily basis. Once the job was completed, everything worked very well. It was as simple and easy as a relatively large job could be.

Despite calling about our broken a/c during a major heat wave, they managed to visit that same afternoon and get the old system temporarily working. Later that week they replaced our entire ac/heater system and were able to resolve 3 additional problems discovered, without adding excessive costs. As a result, the new ac system cools our 2\-story house much better than then the old one did, even when it was new. I was impressed that the owner, Amir, visited the job site multiple times.
