And on top of that, the team was a good group of guys\- who were friendly and communicated with us throughout the entire installation. I would definitely recommend AIS to my family and friends.

Only have the installation to go by (the real story will be told 5 years from now), but based on that, everything was excellent. Arrived on time \- was told it could be a 2 day job, it was done in 1. They hit one minor snag but resolved it immediately.

Just finish a AC and furnace install in Fremont single family house. The work is nicely done. I really like the team, they are professional and quickly finish the project. When my plumbing leaked and into my furnace enclosure I had a big problem. Temperatures dropping and water leaking everywhere. Called a few places and no one seemed real anxious to help. Then I talked to Dan at AIS. He said he would drop by late in the afternoon to take a look. Well he not only took a look but was a huge help in mapping out how to handle. He removed the heater so the plumber could get to the leaking pipes that evening. the plumber fixed the issue and AIS came in the next day to install my new heater/AC System. From the first call to the office to the final thank you, they were flat out great. Quality of work, service, attention to detail, they even fixed an issue that I had no idea existed. A vent that was covered by the builder and never hooked up properly. I had a great experience working with AIS all around. Price competitiveness was also there. No expediting charges for the work he did even though it was obvious they were busy but I felt my job was the only one they were working on. During my search to find someone to do the work I got estimates on time and cost. The normal response was a week out (at least) and the cost always included a comment about additional charges could apply depending on what they had to do. I was pleasantly surprised when AIS came in where expected and was not only cost competitive but compared to the estimates I received from other companies possibly came in a few hundred less than others. So I will surely use AIS again for any work I have and recommend them as a quality, fair and pleasure to deal with.

REPLACEMENT FURNACE. THIRD FURNACE. ORIGINAL WAS A GE. SECOND FURNACE WAS INSTALLED WRONG BY SACRAMENTO DEALER WHO DID NOT CHANGE EXISTING DUCTS, RETURNS. THIS PRESENT INSTALLACION. MADE THESE CORRECTIONS. THEY SPENT THE MAJOR PART OF THE DAY FOR THIS INSTALLATION AND IT NOW WORKS PERFECTLY. IT'S VERY QUIET WITH A LOW BUT EFFECTIVE AIR FLOW THROUGH THE REGISTERS. I'M SURPRISED IF IT'S PHYSICAL SIZE BUT IT DOES THE JOB. IT'S NARROW AND SOMEWHAT SHORTER THAN EXPECTED. MOST ARE ABOUT 5 FEET TALL AND ABOUT TWO FEET WIDE. I WAS A BIT WORRIED ABOUT IT'S VENTILLATION, BEING USED IN A HALL CLOSET, BUT SO FAR IT'S FUNCTIONING WITHOUT OVER HEATING; WITH THE DOOR CLOSED. IT MAY BE MORE ECOMICAL TO OPERATE. PAST YEARS ABOUT $200 MONTH. ALTHOUGH I HAD THIS LESS THAN A WEEK, I'LL GLADLY REVIEW IT IN A FEW MONTHS ON OPERATION, IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY. TO DO SO.

After years of believing we could tough it out with a small window unit, my wife and I concluded that central air was the way to go. AIS replaced our furnace and duct work, and added AC. It's delightful.

AIS arrived promptly at 8AM in the morning. Both representatives from AIS were very professional and answered all questions we had for them regarding the installation and maintenance process. They worked pretty fast and got everything installed within a few hours. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Would definitely recommend them!

AIS Heating and Air Conditioning did a superb job in explaining the differences in the various Byrant models to select from. The work went smoothly as scheduled, though there were some surprises along the way, which AIS were able to provide options to over come.

This is a new install. The new install went very well.
