They arrived on time and did an excellent installation job.

Artisan Air Heating and Cooling installed two heat pump systems in two of our properties. I have nothing to say except EXCELLENT. Communication was wonderful. They were on time, courteous, professional and unbelievable clean. Our tenant called to say how much she loved the new system and said that when the workers left the house it was cleaner than before they came! High Praise that is deserved.

I knew something was wrong with our furnace, so I searched for a good contractor to inspect it. Artisan has 5 star reviews, so I contacted them, they sent out a technician who confirmed that it needed replacement. The proposal seemed reasonable, and a week later we have a new furnace. This company makes sure the job gets done expediently and expertly, with attention to detail and no excuses. I am very pleased with this contractor.

The technicians at Artisan Air were professionals who did the job without drama. They were prompt and clean. They replaced our 40 year old furnace with a new Bryant unit that is much more efficient than the old unit. The job was done in less time than expected and we are extremely happy to recommend them to anyone needing heating service.

I am so happy that I found Artisan Air on the Bayren (Bay Area regional energy network) website after getting 6 other quotes with a wide range of costs that totally confused and overwhelmed me. I was looking for higher energy efficiency in replacing my 40 year old furnace without the complexities and high costs of most heat pump units. Artisan air owner, Cody, listened carefully to my needs and answered all of my questions. He suggested options to meet my needs without upselling. Installation of 96% efficiency Bryant unit, new thermostat, air scrubber and 5" filter cabinet was completed efficiently in a single day. I immediately noticed a big improvement in air quality. Artisan air quote reasonable and was the most straightforward and detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting. I was also pleased 1st year maintenance was included in addition to labor and equipment warranties. I highly recommend Artisan Air and will always use this family owned local business for all of my future HVAC needs.

Artisan Air was great! My only regret would be the new wall panel which is not easy to read or to set with the tiny bar to left or right.

Artisan Air made updating our old gas furnace to a heat pump super easy. They completed the work quickly and the new equipment works beautifully. I would definitely use them again.

From my first meeting with Cody, I knew that he was the one for the job. Actual first meeting was for a repair to ducting on our original 1960's heating system. After discussing options and problems with current system, decided it was best to replace everything including the ducting and went with a heat pump option as I have solar and with a heat pump, also get AC which we didn't have. While it is more expense than natural gas system, with the solar, should run much cheaper on the long run and get AC as added bonus. The entire team from Artisan were great and very helpful and communicated through the entire process. I would recommend them to everyone and already have. While they were not the cheapest, they too were not the highest but did provide a competitive price and service does matter.

Eddie was very through and advised us the best option. Ramsey and Joseph were very professional and did a great job. Cleaned up after the job was done. Would highly recommend the team.

Artisan heating and cooling arrived on time, removed and replaced furnace in a very professional manner and cleaned up after completion. Provided instructions on how furnace worked and even programmed it. Highly recommended company and professional workers.

Artisan was able to come out quickly and replace an old Carrier furnace that had been in use for more than 20 years in a rental house that used to be our primary residence. New Bryant unit is easier to maintain the filters, takes up less space, and is more efficient. Excellent warranty. Tenants are happy again. I only got 2 quotes for this job, and Artisan was about $500 lower than the other. Other company seemed good also. They recommended a new Carrier. But Bryant is also a good brand. Warranty is the same, so it came down to price. Plus, we knew Artisan from past service they had performed for us. Always top\-notch.

Cody did a very thorough inspection before providing a very competitive quote. They were able to get us scheduled within the same week. On the day of the job, the team arrived on time and performed an impressive quality of service. In and out within 6 hours. 100% would definitely recommend them for others.

The team that came in to replace our equipment and all of the ducts were professional, communicated all necessary information and completed all of the work as promised. Considering they had to be in my home for most of 3 days, I barely knew they were here.

Team came by and replaced my old furnace that was not working anymore after 30+ years of use. Great professional furnace install with new insulation and all. It was also done in a few hours. The furnace is working well.

Cody and his crew did an excellent job replacing my HVAC system. They were fast but thorough, courteous and respected my home. They made sure I understood everything they were doing, answered all my questions, and helped me set up a new smart thermostat. They did not charge me anything above the original quote. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

The Bryant team creatively found a solution when the new air conditioner, which was much larger than the old unit, did not fit into the existing structure. The team was efficient, very careful to keep everything clean and they were delightful in our conversations.

When we started having problems with our furnace, we called Artisan Air, they scheduled us in and came quickly, even though it was Thanksgiving holiday. We ended up having to replace our furnace and they scheduled us three days later. They were quick! They knew what they were doing. Not once did they indicated it was a hassle because it was in our attic nor that they were having issues replacing it. The replaced it and got our furnace working in no time! They cleaned the attic and left it spotless. We were impressed with their politeness and service. They cleaned all the areas of the house that they touched when they left. I will recommend Artisan Air to everyone I know that needs help with their cooling or heating. We just don't find businesses that treat customers the way Artisan Air did.

The unit that I ordered was not initially available due to manufacturer delays relataive to Covid\-19. I elected to wait and was called weekly regarding the status of my order. Once it arrived I was given an installation priority and it was installed in a day. There was a small problem during initial startup, but Artisan came out immediately and fixed it. Could not be happier
