Installation work was done in a timely manner in coordination with our general contractor. And everything works well!

Kathy gave us a very detailed estimate, told us about the rebate period and made sure we understood what was being done. They did their best to schedule the work quickly and conveniently. Great attention to details when they did the work. Communicated how things were going and even fixed a gutter at their cost that was slightly damaged while working on the roof. Scheduled the inspections for us so wee had nothing to do. Overall great service!

Service was timely \- techs showed up on time, as advertised, and we were provided with some of the most skilled people for this install. Most of the work was done within a week, with a couple of follow\-ups to ensure that everything was installed and operating correctly. Highly recommend Residential H\&AC.

Residential did an amazing job of removing our old ducting, designing and installing a new ducting system, and installing a new furnace and air conditioner. The installation team was fabulous. They took great care of our house, followed through on all outstanding issues, and did a wonderful job. The result has been excellent. We highly recommend them.

The company did a great job in installing the product. When the current wiring was not enough to support the dual stage cool and heat, they were able to find a solution for it. Before my replacement, I had 5 ton machine and it was noisy when it ran. The company did an actual computer calculation and simulation and determined what was needed. In the process of replacement my equipment, they also made some other changes to reduce the noise by 50\-60%.

Repair and replace parts on existing AC unit

The team at Residential Heating \& A/C truly deserves kudos and, frankly, your business. Yes, they may not be the least expensive option, granted, but having had the chance to compare four other installers who quoted me, I am very glad I chose RHAC. The site survey done (by Nick) prior to quoting was meticulous. Every detail was observed and measured \- many aspects that were neglected by other installers. The install team (led by Spencer) was professional, polite, worked very hard and creatively to ensure the installation is done perfectly and looked truly world\-class. Construction, alignments, sealing, cleanup \- were all done very well (there are MANY opportunities to overlook details here \- NONE were in this installation). After the installation, another RHAC came to adjust and fine\-tune the system for optimal performance \- measured air and gas pressure, tested thoroughly the furnace and heat pump and made sure the controls are working well. An RHAC rep actually came a few hours before the city inspection, to audit the installation and ensure smooth passing. Each and every person I interacted with and who worked on the project knew exactly what they were doing and left me with confidence that the installation will succeed and that the equipment will operate very well. I will absolutely choose RHAC again, despite the higher prices, and recommend them to anyone needed an HVAC system installed.
