They figured out what the problem was and helped me to make the decision it was time to purchase a new unit so I didn't waste money. They went above and beyond to pick up the new unit and get it installed as quickly as possible. They communicated everything timely.

From our initial contact through the assessment of my old system to the planning and installation of my new system, I felt that Matt was highly knowledgeable of HVAC system components and truly wanted to meet my needs as the customer. He spoke to my intelligence when he learned that I had done thorough research on HVAC systems in general, and my own needs specifically, and helped me to select a product and installation that best suited my needs and was still reasonably priced. Throughout the installation process, he kept me apprised of their progress without being in the way or inconveniencing our household. His crew was respectful and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and the job. I love the 10\-year warranty on the Bryant system, and with the additional air return duct, I think it will serve me well over the years.

We had an aged system that had limped through its last years noisy, weak and destined to break down at the worst time. Matt came over and after looking at our system we began discussing options. Having had other dealers give us their versions of what we needed verses what we could afford Matt designed us a replacement that meet our needs and budget. He was the only dealer who informed us that our electric supplier was offering rebates on higher efficiency units which allowed us to upgrade and come in UNDER the estimation for a less efficient machine!! He also rerouted the drain pipe from along inside the garage wall and out of the front of the house to through the electric / coolant supply conduit in the slab and out the side of the house. To top things off he and his team not only removed the old outside unit but busted up and hauled away the concrete slab it was sitting on. I highly recommend Bright Heating and Air!!
