Above and beyond service
We had 5 companies give us a bid. Matt Kyle with Prestige Heating \& Cooling, was the only one who noticed a difference in the size of my outside condenser unit (2.5 ton) and my in the crawl space air handler (3 ton). He took the time lookup model numbers of my old heat pump system and provide a concise bid that would replace what we had. In doing so, he made sure that the new replacement unit, would keep my home cool and less sticky during brutal Arkansas summers. His crew is professional, polite, conscientious and did a great job. From the initial contact, through the bid process and inspection to the installation it was a pleasant, seamless experience.
