I Selected Douglas 20 years ago to install the HVAC Systems in my home when I built it. One unit lasted until April of 2020 and the second was replaced simply because it "had" to be time for it as well. Based on the quality of products and ease of working with their Installers and Sales People, it made sense to me to go back to them for my recent replacements. Service and Products were supplied at a very competitive price as well and I have been completely satisfied with my choice.

Every employee I came in contact with treated both me and my family with the utmost respect. Staff explained consumer options and made sure that I was able to make an educated decision in my family's best interest not theirs. Timely and held true to any scheduling needs I had as the consumer. Polite. Efficient. Effective. Timely. Will never use anyone else for ac or electrical service!
