Our installation required pulling out an old system in an old house. It was a difficult job. Peter and his employees went above and beyond our expectations to keep the work site clean and neat (pull out was very messy!) and made the installation seamless! Peter follows up with you, answers all of your questions, and goes above expectations to insure you understand the process, etc... Very professional and courteous! We highly recommend PRIME and our Bryant heating and cooling system has been working great!

The folks at Prime HVAC are the best we have ever dealt with. The owner was honest and up front with us about the issues we were having with our aging equipment at our home. He offered us several options to repair existing equipment, and offered us multiple options for replacements. He sat down with us and answered all our questions about the various options. When we had follow\-up questions later that evening, Peter was available via text and later via a phone call after hours to answer those additional questions for us. Once we selected the option we wanted to go with the equipment was ordered, delivered and installed in less than 48 hours. Peter ,the owner ,personally followed up with a phone call days later to ensure we had no issues with the equipment or any questions about the thermostat or operation of the unit. In this day and age it is a rare quality that you can call a business and the majority of the time the owner himself will answer the phone. Peter and crew went above and beyond for me and my family and have earned a loyal customer for years to come.
