I am so happy that I found Artisan Air on the Bayren (Bay Area regional energy network) website after getting 6 other quotes with a wide range of costs that totally confused and overwhelmed me. I was looking for higher energy efficiency in replacing my 40 year old furnace without the complexities and high costs of most heat pump units. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
From my first meeting with Cody, I knew that he was the one for the job. Actual first meeting was for a repair to ducting on our original 1960's heating system. After discussing options and problems with current system, decided it was best to replace everything including the ducting and went with a heat pump option as I have solar and with a heat pump, also get AC which we didn't have. While it is more expense than natural gas system, with the solar, should run much cheaper on the long run and get AC as added bonus. The entire team from Artisan were great and very helpful and communicated through the entire process. I would recommend them to everyone and already have. While they were not the cheapest, they too were not the highest but did provide a competitive price and service does matter.

Artisan was able to come out quickly and replace an old Carrier furnace that had been in use for more than 20 years in a rental house that used to be our primary residence. New Bryant unit is easier to maintain the filters, takes up less space, and is more efficient. Excellent warranty. Tenants are happy again. I only got 2 quotes for this job, and Artisan was about $500 lower than the other. Other company seemed good also. They recommended a new Carrier. But Bryant is also a good brand. Warranty is the same, so it came down to price. Plus, we knew Artisan from past service they had performed for us. Always top\-notch.

The Best Service we've gotten in a long time!
When we started having problems with our furnace, we called Artisan Air, they scheduled us in and came quickly, even though it was Thanksgiving holiday. We ended up having to replace our furnace and they scheduled us three days later. They were quick! They knew what they were doing. Not once did they indicated it was a hassle because it was in our attic nor that they were having issues replacing it. The replaced it and got our furnace working in no time!
