The Brown's
We started out needing a new hotwater tank, but since the furnace was the same age as the hotwater tank we decided to replace both. When I called another HVAC company they were unable to assist us for 3 weeks. I said "No hotwater for 3 weeks that is ludicrous." We called High Point and they came over right away. The installation people were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us throughout the intall. We are very happy with High Point and highly recommend them.
