Product information was provided through the Bryant website and from the dealer. Furnace and air conditioner were installed in one day, by the 2 teams (furnace and air conditioner teams.) Two follow\-up calls for service were needed, one to fix a small leak in a water pipe, and one for a small gas leak. The new products are quiet and efficient.

Entire process from estimate to install was handled with professionalism. Fast, friendly, hassle\- free. No surprises.

We had a issue regarding the thermostat that was installed since we only had 2 wires between the existing furnace and they couldn't installed additional wiring without doing some major repairs upon completion. Triple tech was able to rectify the problem with a different T'stat and a RedLink internet gateway, which allows u to operate the system remotely.

They were able to install my new furnace quickly and expertly. Very happy with the work they did and the quality of the equipment.

My experience with Triple Tech has been extremely positive. The are professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had my furnace and air conditioner replace with a heat pump and new furnace and I am very happy with their work. I also had them install additional lines and hook up my gas cooktop.

We had our new humidifier installed but unfortunately the technician did not verified that it was not working with our ecobee thermostat. We called the company again and they reviewed the faulty situation, installed a new wire and it runs. Unfortunately this should be caught at first visit so we would avoid the second visit charge.

After replacing our 25+ year old AC unit we were surprised what a difference it made in keeping the whole house cool. The upstairs and main floor are almost the same temperature and the unit is so quiet. The installers were great and very professional. Triple Tech made the whole process stress free.

The unit was installed, tested once, and found to be in working order. When colder temps prevail, I'm sure the furnace operation will continue to satisfy my heating needs.

The only thing they did not do was shampoo the basement carpet

Our installation started on time and was completed in a couple of hours. Smooth transition from our original 25 year old furnace. Perfect. Our new furnace is so\-o\-o quiet compared to our old one. This would be the only reason I'm looking forward to next winter.

When installing new Bryant unit, the team found a non working part. They showed their expertise and patience in finding what the problem was. I was not keen on finding a part problem when the unit was being installed. The team was confident that the unit should function as it should. I was happy with the service and the knowledge the team had. I was comfortable having them in my home. Thank you.

A little frustrated with the company, contacted them in 2017 looking for replacement furnace filters, never heard back! As of today having a problem finding filters for my furnace! Ive had two furnaces installed by this company. Will think twice before I give them more business.

I was pleased with the service and efficiency concerning the installation of the gas heating appliance. The workers were polite and did their best to avoid making too much of a mess. The appliance has not been fully tested yet on performance as the weather is not cold enough.
