HRV was miswired and wrong thermostat was installed during installation. Installers left quite a bit of material behind for me to clean up afterwards. Sales rep. (Steve) was very good during initial meeting.

My wife and I could not be happier with our new Bryant furnace, whole house AC, and ductless cool/heat unit. Installation was done for each component in 1day. The quality/workmanship top\-notch, installation team and service primes courteous and professional and were there for us and answered all our questions.

The ComfortPro installation team arrived at the time they had promised on a winter Saturday morning to replace our OLD furnace that had failed earlier in the week with a NEW Bryant furnace. They removed the OLD furnace within 3hrs or so and had the NEW furnace up and running and heat back on by 5pm. They were careful with our hardwood floors making sure to cover with drop cloths any area they needed to track across as they carried in their tools and other materials and the NEW furnace and as they removed all the OLD furnace bits and pieces. Considerable re\-work of the venting from OLD furnace to NEW furnace was required and their work was exceptional. The new vents look like they had been in place from the time the house was built. The venting looked good and there was no "spaghetti" of vents. They needed to shift some ducting from our water heater and in doing so they cleaned\-up some of the issues that had existed when that unit had been installed by another company many years ago. Any and all connections from thermostat wiring to AC mains wiring to gas supply line connections and the venting was "tidy". They cleaned the area they had been working in, all duct joints had been sealed, and any and all aspects of the NEW furnace and filter workings as well as any of my questions were addressed completely and politely. Later in the evening my wife commented that she thought the furnace was not running, but it was, it was just so quiet, and the house was warm in each and every room! We are very satisfied customers, both from having had ComfortPro provide their expertise in helping us select a replacement furnace and their quick sourcing of the NEW furnace, but also with their professional installation.
