I am very happy with the furnace that Gary installed and the new thermostat. He is a very courteous gentleman and has always returned my phone calls. We got off to a bad start when he was very late in getting my paperwork done for my rebates. I had to hound him for these and even my bill of sale. I could not register it myself as I did not have all of the serial numbers though I tried as it was getting very close to the registration deadline. There was also an outside thermostat that needed to be installed, a guard around the outside pipes and a new water hose line from the pump to my sink that took two calls to get him to return. The water hose was not replaced as he had said it would be but instead he taped (electrical) the original smaller hose into the new larger hose a little higher up and hid it all behind the other wires coming out of the furnace. I would expect this from an Air\-One dealer\- not from Gary. I still need an air conditioner installed but was talked into waiting until the spring. The lesson I learned was not to trust payment ahead of all the work done. I will probably call Gary to install the new air conditioner but he can replace that old hose at the same time!
