Feedback on Heat Piump/High Efficieny furnace installation
The installation was done by Triumph Heating and Air Conditioning - it started with a service call to do maintainence on my heat pump - Shaun did a comptrehensive job and deliverd the news that the 19 year old unit was on its last legs - low pressure. So Neil Grant came by, explained options to me, advised abiout the Fortis rebate program and after a great explaination I selected this unit. Michelle, in the office, Shaun, Chad and Ken handled the job from there. All were excellent - tidy, efficient, creative determining a suitable vent for the high efficiency furnace, Eveeryhting went without a hitch and two days later the new system was installed. Office staff were excellent answering my questions ab out filling in the Fortis Rebate. All in all a top job by a very professional company and staff. Thank you - Pearse Walsh

Experienced contractor both in Heat Pumps and hydronic heating.
My 15 year old Carrier Heat Pump packed it in, Triumph responded to my call the next day tested the equipment then provide me options such as replacing the compressor and fan, 1 year warranty, replacing the Heat Pump with an equivalent higher seer Heat pump or go for the best there is at todays standards, Being that the existing HP was Carrier and after researching Carrier/ Bryant i went with a 3 ton 24 seer either or. Delivery was an issue ordered on august 10th 22 arrived on Nov. 27th installed on the 29th in the snow, great service, love the Infinity System Control, going to set it up on my phone. I have a second Carrier HP for the other half of the house, when it goes I will be using Triumph and Carrier/ Brant to replace it.
