The company was excellent to work with, was very happy with their expertise.

The service dpt. tech said he might be able to fit me in on a Thursday afternoon or the following Tuesday for sure. They came and had the job done on the Thursday morning. A job very well done.

Past experience with this dealer made my decision very easy to purchase an air conditioner/furnace from them. I didn't shop the market.

Very disappointed in the noise this new system creates. After 5 weeks the dealer was able to reduce the banging noise from the steam humidifier. However, they have not been able to fix the heat expansion knocking or the high pitched whirling. We have not had a good nights sleep since installing this incredibly noisy system. I have called 2 times a week for five weeks and still have no resolution. The managers make assurances that are still unresolved.

First class company. Capable and caring installers. Prompt, reliable service and follow through on paperwork. Workers seem content which indicates a company that treats its employees well. A pleasure dealing with this company. We will be regular customers and look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship.

They just converted our heat pump system to a gas furnace with a/c and built in humidifier. They were so professional, talented and extremely efficient! They went above and beyond, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and kept us informed all along the process. Thanks to Leon for making us feel comfortable about going ahead and to Mark, Victor, Sean, Kevin, Bradley and the rest of the team for doing such a great job at a reasonable price.

Good initial contact. The weakest point was the communication. I needed to be pro\-active myself to find out when the installation would happen. The AC is not running yet, it is winter and not warm enough, therefore I cannot comment on service expertise

I have only had my new heating system for a short time, have not had any service expertise! hopefully I won't need any.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. The office people, The owner and the installation tech. All were first class and We really like the products.

I had a 10.5 year old York system that had given us nothing but problems. We continued to throw good money after bad, so when faced with a repair estimate of $1K we decided to pull the plug and put in a new Bryant gas furnace. RPR prioritized our job because we had no heat. After about 4 hours the new system was up \& running providing a quieter, gentler heat than we ever got out of the old system. Due to the current weather we are unable to verify that the A/C is still working, but I'm confident RPR will resolve any issues we might have with it.

These guys had their work cut out for them with our furnace installation. Previous furnace was removed and it doesn't look like a trady has been in our house. Highly recommended.

Waiting to see if there is an economic advantage, but love the quiet, consistent warmth in the house.
