Darren did a outstanding job with the overall process. The furnace, 986T is as expected and as claimed in the marketing docs, which is not always the case. The unit in my opinion, after nearly 2 months of operation, is a high quality value for money furnace, the weather of the past 2 months oscillated from + 10 to \- 35C back to + 8, operation of the unit accommodated those swings seamlessly. Darren by way of professionalism and personality excels in service and problem solving, with a focus on the customer. Which are admirable qualities in representation of himself and the Bryant product.

Darren's timely install (I spoke with him Monday, it was installed Tuesday!), knowledge, attention to detail, and cleanliness was top notch! He was there by 9:30am and gone before I returned home at 3:30, with no mess left behind. All installed/replaced hoses were very neat and tidy.

Amazing dealer

We were very happy with his work. Because of the really cold weather, he had to come back several times but, he didn't quit until he had everything working properly. He also fixed a problem we were having with the water heater that a plumber we had hired had not been able to fix.
