I would highly recommend Amit and his installation crew. Before installation of a hybrid system (heat pump + back\-up furnace), Amit was very attentive, whether with phone calls, email, or coming over to the house a couple of times to answer questions directly in the space. He quickly demonstrated his knowledge and ability to explain things clearly, and could put the performance of this particular system into the context of heat pumps in general. He also revealed his versatility in proposing a range of options for quotes on systems from good, better to best. His crew with Dill and KJ (in the lead) was first rate, not least because this installation also presented some challenges in terms of tight space. On the back end, Amit also came over post\-installation to check on the system and go over some details with the smart thermostat. Amit was strongly recommended by a friend, and he certainly delivered at a high level on all fronts. Our system is quiet, comfortable and very efficient.
