Garthside assessed our old AC unit when the pipes kept freezing up. They determined that the compressor was shot and we needed a new unit. We ordered a new Bryant unit which they installed with professionalism and thoroughness. We have been enjoying the unit for the last month since install.

I had a minor issue (which ended up being Enbridge's fault) and Craig (the owner) and a service tech were at my place for 8am on a Saturday to make sure the issue wasn't with their equipment or install process (it wasn't).
