Terry from Headwaters was the only to really inform me why my previous furnace had failed and was the only one to mention that there were government rebate programs that would help off\-set the costs. I instantly felt I was in great hands. The headwaters team went well beyond my expectations. The technicians that came to my house were professional, respectful, they put down matts to protect my floors. left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I have an HVAC team going forward. I would not go anywhere else.
