10/10. I would definitely recommend. Stephen came and provided a no obligation quote. I have never purchase heating and cooling equipment before and needed huge guidance as I didn't know where to start. I used to have to set my thermostat to 18.5 to get my bedroom somewhat cool but never comfortable. Now my thermostat is set to 23.5 and I'm sleeping comfortably through the night. I used to also have to use my puffer twice a day but really only at home so he quoted me on an air purifier and since then I have not had to use my puffer. I wouldn't be able to be home without it within arms reach and now I don't even know where it is. Also, because I complained about my dry skin in the winter, he also recommended me a humidifier and I can't wait for winter to come so I can finally get some relief. From ease of booking an appointment to installation, Free Air Heating \& Air Conditioning was there for me. No high pressure sales visit like annother company and he used terminology that I understood so I could make an informed decision. The care that was taken to protect my home during installation made is it so it was like they were never there. Super quiet system that I can't even tell if it is running. Keep up the great service.
