Furnace installed by crew that arrived on time, worked until installation was complete. A technician did need to return to correct a leaky part, and arrived first thing in the morning as promised. My initial call to report leak and request for assistance was returned promptly . Technician arrived first thing following morning, and was in contact by phone with his supervisor once he had determined cause. I received another follow up call both same day and following day, to ensure the leak had stopped and that I was satisfied with service and furnace was heating correctly. Technicians were patient and detail when explaining new digital thermostat.
