Their service guy was extremely knowledgeable with our 'unique ' geothermal system, and he was very friendly, and courteous, and patient with all our questions on a system new to us. We later required a replacement furnace and these guys were amazing in their recommendations for our needs. This company always responds in a timely manner and always makes us feel important to them. The service technician was spot on when he said we may need a new furnace. The estimator gave a reasonable estimate for the job of installing a new Bryant furnace. The installers arrived the very next morning (on a Saturday) and were very efficient and knowledgeable. We had a reliable furnace within 6 hours of them arriving. We were very pleased with the process and the heat from the furnace is almost too warm. Our old furnace must not have been running at the set temperature on the thermostat as we definitely can tell the difference.

I got a really fast response, and fair rates. The service workers were courteous and careful around my puppy. Cleaned up afterwards. Definitely recommend this company!

Tebby A/C \& Heating were excellent on fixing my furnace and then replacing it.

We were late in the season getting this AC unit installed so we haven't got to use it much yet, but the installation experience with Tebby was top notch! Great communication throughout, all persons were very professional and the install was quick, clean, and exactly on quote.

During annual furnace maintenance, Jim, representative from Tebby, discovered a major problem (damaged combustion chamber) with my furnace. Discussed options with Jeff at Tebby and decided on a replacement Bryant furnace. The Bryant furnace was ordered and installed 2 weeks later. I am extremely satisfied with the service Tebby provided and with the quality of the Bryant furnace.

The company representative (Dale Tebby) who initially met with us was very knowledgeable and helpful, and spent a great deal of time answering our questions and discussing options. On the date scheduled for the installation of our furnace and air conditioner the Tebby van arrived precisely at 8 a.m. The three technicians (Jay, Jerry and Curtis) were very friendly and professional and did a great job.
