All members of this company have been a pleasure to deal with. They have answered any questions I have had about their product and service. The men who installed our new furnace were polite, took time to explain things to us, and took care to clean up and dispose of any materials that were disposable.

Such a great company. Friendly staff from reception to sales to install. They remember you which is so nice. Our installer Chris asked how our baby is doing cause he remembered once he arrived. The products are top notch. We had our furnace replaced with a new unit last year Nov 2021 and then had it serviced Nov 2022 and booked for a humidifier (they fit us in within 7 days!) Install which we declined originally not realizing it's much better to have one. We were on a tight budget before our baby arrived at that time so we installed in Nov 2022. Thank you service 1st for being friendly \& honest.

We have had excellent service from Peter and his crew for over 20 years. From initial consultation to installation to service, Service 1st staff are knowledgeable, trustworthy, fast and efficient \- as well as polite and personable. Between our own home and a rental property we have purchased three heating/cooling systems from Service 1st. We recommend Service 1st to our neighbours and friends with complete confidence.

Our 20 year old A/C unit finally gave up. Service 1st were out within a couple hours of us calling. Peter was then out the next day. The install team did a great job, great clean up after them.

I was lucky to be present at the day's long install to assist in resolving 4 glitches that occurred including unforeseen issues with a 76 year old home. All in all, first class Bryant products (last Bryant furnace lasted 20 yrs). The quotation was high midrange but fair, imo. The support staff were eager to help, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough and we returned to a cool home in a short four days from system failure at an very hot time of year. Thank you.

Had our 8 year old furnace conk out on us on one of the coldest nights of the year. Service 1st was here first thing the next day to help resolve the issue. Chris was very knowledgeable and explain everything to us to we understood our options to make a decision. Once electing to replace the furnace, installers Brandon, Silas and Sam were here bright and early the next business day and worked to get us back up and running and were happy to answer any questions we had. The contractor explained everything in detail and it was obvious that the installers took great pride in their work and wanted to leave with properly functioning equipment that looked good. They cleaned up some problems from the old install and left a neat and clean work area. No complaints about the people or the furnace.

Very happy with the service. The service tech was sent out within an hour of our phone call. Our 30 year furnace was done. The owner of the company came over the next morning to discuss new furnace options. He was very kind, and curtious and listened to our needs and answered all our questions. We were offered 2 different models at our request because we were not interested in the the 3rd top of the line model. Peter left us 4 portable heaters to use while we waited for our new furnace to get installed. The techs came out on time, were very friendly and clean. They rolled out their red carpet from the front door all the way down to the basement to keep our floors clean. The techs installed the new furnace, answered all our questions, cleaned up after, and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I am extremely happy with the installation and workmanship of the install team. They are an all around great company to work with. From the assessment of my old furnace to the recommendations on my new furnace. They answered my questions and gave me a great review of the install and features of the new setup. We requested a humidifier to be installed. They were quick to book appointment. Technician arrived during allotted service time. He completed installation in a timely manner and everything was excellent from ordering to installation. Would definitely recommend!

The guys that came and put in the humidifier were great at their job and very nice to deal with I highly recommend them.

The team at Service 1st did a great job. They were professional in all aspects, the initial contact thru to the installation of the furnace and clean up.

The guys were helpful in identifying issues and upgrading our furnace system. They fixed the mess left by the previous home owner and left us feeling confident about the system put in place. They provided details about what they planned to do and explained exactly what they did, including any problem\-solving/fixes necessary.
