Such a great company. Friendly staff from reception to sales to install. They remember you which is so nice. Our installer Chris asked how our baby is doing cause he remembered once he arrived. The products are top notch. We had our furnace replaced with a new unit last year Nov 2021 and then had it serviced Nov 2022 and booked for a humidifier (they fit us in within 7 days!) Install which we declined originally not realizing it's much better to have one. We were on a tight budget before our baby arrived at that time so we installed in Nov 2022. A good installation in the end
I was lucky to be present at the day's long install to assist in resolving 4 glitches that occurred including unforeseen issues with a 76 year old home. All in all, first class Bryant products (last Bryant furnace lasted 20 yrs). The quotation was high midrange but fair, imo. Very happy with the service. The service tech was sent out within an hour of our phone call. Our 30 year furnace was done. The owner of the company came over the next morning to discuss new furnace options. He was very kind, and curtious and listened to our needs and answered all our questions. We were offered 2 different models at our request because we were not interested in the the 3rd top of the line model. Peter left us 4 portable heaters to use while we waited for our new furnace to get installed. The techs came out on time, were very friendly and clean. They rolled out their red carpet from the front door all the way down to the basement to keep our floors clean. The techs installed the new furnace, answered all our questions, cleaned up after, and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone.
