We purchased our replacement furnace and air conditioner from Capital City Heating and Cooling, and would highly recommend them. The sales team truly helped us make a decision regarding the models that best suited our home and provided a very competitive quote for the purchase and installation. The installation team was on time, were completely considerate of our home (inside and out!) and took the time to explain how the new equipment works. Went with CapitalCity after three quotes and checking reference from a neighbour. Most knowledgeable sales person, quick follow\-up after installation. Heat pump and thermostat operation are relatively new, and I need education on certain aspects, but to their credit the CC team has answered my questions. Showed flexibility in negotiations and proposed alternatives that were a better fit than our initial inclination. I would recommend them if asked.

When our furnace started acting strange, they were able to diagnose and address the issue quickly. No upselling or high pressure sales and the new furnace was installed quickly and efficiently. All their staff were a pleasure to deal with and were super helpful.

My old air conditioner failed on a long weekend during a heat wave. (When else would it fail?) My call to Capital City Heating and Cooling Inc was answered on Labour Day, and I made an appointment to talk with a consultant first thing on Tuesday. A new AC was installed on Wednesday and although there were some challenges with the installation in an older house, these were dealt with efficiently and effectively. I was pleased by the quality of the work and especially the timeliness.

Their work is so excellent that we can't imagine working with anyone else!

Our over all experience with Capital City Heating and Cooling was great. I phoned in about our A/C working on a Friday afternoon and a rep came the NEXT day, Saturday morning. Excellent! At 11 am on Tuesday, a team of three techs showed up. The install was finished that afternoon. So, in record time, Friday to Tuesday job was complete. Now that service number one in my view. Rip

The team that showed up for the install were friendly and took care to ensure our floor and carpet were protected. When the installation was done, they gave us a walk through.

The salesman came to provide me quote on Friday and received the quote on Saturday and by Monday at 9:00am they were at my house to install my new furnace. I hired Capital City because of the exceptional service and professionalism they demonstrated doing an install of a heat pump and furnace for my son Sean Keogan. When meeting with their sales representative I was further impressed by the lack of pressure but the professionalism demonstrated by helping me select an air conditioner that best suited our needs. The installers arrived on time and worked together to get the job done and did a complete cleanup before departing. They also answered some of my questions concerning humidity and compatibility to my existing furnace. I will recommend them to everyone I can. A very well run business.

Sales listened to my needs rather than trying to push products. Installation was fast and efficient and included water heater replacement. Quick service follow up once furnace displayed an error code one week later due to a missed dip switch setting to account for the external humidifier. I am very satisfied and recommend Capital City.
