I was impressed with the entire experience, from the day I called to enquire , the day my home was inspected and a quote was given, and both days when the unit was installed. The technicians were courteous, hard working and made considerable efforts to communicate with me the plans for the day. I was impressed with how they problem solved together, came up with strategies, agreed, and carried it out. In the lead up prior installation, I called the office and emailed a couple of times with questions. In all cases my questions were taken seriously, answered clearly and timely.

The guys did an amazing job at installing everything, I was quite impressed with how they ran all the lines and how clean the bends and 90's were. Very happy with the whole experience. So glad I got central air conditioning now. The bill was cheaper than they quoted which was awesome!

The installation was done very well. The two workers never took a break. They answered all my questions taking time and making sure I understood.

Good dealer. Great installation crew. Nice clean installation, furnace does job for application but the furnace has an annoying whine on low stage. Not on second stage. Very disappointed at this point however dealer says he is working to resolve this issue. First time owner of Bryant product and if not corrected certainly will be the last. Stay in touch if you are truly concerned.

We were stuck in a \-30 cold snap with ridiculous wind chill warnings and our furnace was on it's very last legs! It was very scary! Jim and his team were extremely comforting, professional and courteous throughout the entire VERY STRESSFUL situation. The knowledgeable staff were professional yet personable. Had issues with our present Furnance during a extremely cold period in December. Called Jim and explained the problems we were having. Without hesitation he organized a time to meet at the home and trouble shoot the problem. After spending a considerable amount of time looking for the problem it was determined that the Furnance would need to be replaced. That same afternoon a crew came in and took measurements of the ducting that needed to be changed when the new furnance was installed. The following morning the Crew was back to install the Furnace and had it up and running by mid afternoon. Excellent Service and Workmanship.

We are very pleased with how Jim and the gang helped us with our furnace replacement. Top notch professionals all the way. My concern is not with Central Refrigeration \& Heating Ltd They are fantastic, however, I am concerned that I had to replace a Bryant furnace after only 9 years of services not mentioning the fact that we invested in costly repairs the year previous.
