I definatly recommend KRM Heating \& Ventilation, and have passed their name forward to several friends and collegues. My furnace went out in the middleof the night, in minus 37 degree weather, and Randy retuned my call and came to my home at 3:15 AM. Unfortunatly he was not able to get the furnace running,(which is very old), however he was able to sorce part and get it running the niext day), we need to wait until the weather warmed up and yesterday he came and installed my new furnace, which is wonderful!! NOthing but great things to say about my experience
