We had a great experience using Air Pro. They called when they were getting ready to come to our house. When they arrived they put covers on the carpet and flooring where they would be working. They were very polite. They informed us of everything they would be doing and answered all of our questions.

The original man that I spoke to who gave me my quote was very professional, and knew all the questions to ask and made sure that I knew where to find the information he needed so that he could complete a quote for me. The men who came to install the unit we're awesome and it only took a few short hours to complete the job. Because I had it installed on a day that it rained it was cold so they could not and start the unit to make sure it worked, they said to call and have another person come out on a warm day to fill the unit with the rest of the freon needed and get it running. I reached out to the office they set up an appointment for about 4 days after the installation when it was a warm day the guys came out and the unit didn't need much freon they said but they got it running and so far so good.

Air Pro Salesperson was clear and competent. The installation was smooth and professional with the aim to please.The clean up was fast and all done cheerfully. Billing was skillful .

I was unaware of how long the odor associated with the running of the new furnace would last. I didn't think to ask Air Pro about it when they were here. It might be a good idea if the technician would include a discussion of the odor in their post\-installation talk with the customer.
