Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems Concludes Largest Event in Company History

INDIANAPOLIS – (March 20, 2006) – Nearly 4,000 Bryant dealers, territory managers and distributors attended the 2006 Bryant National Dealer Convention in Las Vegas February 28-March 3 to learn about the brand’s newest products, latest marketing initiatives, and Whatever It Takes spirit. The group witnessed the unveiling of Bryant’s comprehensive new products, including air conditioners, heat pumps and the Hybrid Heat™ system, fan and evaporator coils, duct free splits, the Perfect Air™ Purifier, and small packaged products.

"We’ve done Whatever It Takes to create an extensive new product line that boasts advanced, customer-driven features that are sure to deliver the ultimate in comfort and satisfaction," said Bryant Brand Manager Kevin Dudash as he spoke to dealers at the start of the Convention. "With more than a quarter of a billion dollars invested in our new platform, we’re committed to offering homeowners the most complete line of cooling products with more performance choices, enhanced efficiency, and a broader selection." In addition, the group was welcomed by headline musical act Huey Lewis & the News.

Participants attended educational seminars and enjoyed valuable industry resources at the two-day trade show. Indy Racing League Driver Scott Sharp and speaker Dr. Lowell Catlett also provided powerful presentations on the main stage. Additionally, keynote speakers Archie and Peyton Manning, football legends and combined three-time National Football League MVPs, discussed doing Whatever It Takes to fuel success both on and off the field.

Convention attendees also met the newest member of the team, "Bryantman," the superhero Bryant dealer who battles villains that prevent home heating and cooling comfort. In the company’s new advertising campaign, Bryantman fights nemeses "Scorcher" and "Bone Chiller," who symbolize extreme temperatures. The campaign is also featured on the newly redesigned bryant.com website, which was revealed during the Convention and offers streamlined navigation to help consumers and dealers easily access relevant content on Bryant products, services and support.
