Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning Named Dealer of the Year by Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems
INDIANAPOLIS, JUNE 15, 2010 –Bryant Heating and Cooling Systems has named Edina, Minn.-based Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning as the 2009 Bryant Dealer of the Year.
Pronto is one of 15 Bryant Factory Authorized Dealers in the U.S. and Canada to be selected as a Medal of Excellence regional winner. Medal of Excellence applicants are judged on overall Bryant branded product sales growth, high-efficiency and indoor air quality equipment sales growth, customer satisfaction, and participation in various dealer programs and promotions. Of the 15 Medal of Excellence winners, Pronto received the highest overall score, which earned it the Bryant Dealer of the Year title.

Wade and Greg Sedgwick, owners of Pronto, began their careers working in their family’s heating and air conditioning business that had been serving the Twin Cities area for more than 50 years. In 1999, the business was sold, and the brothers supervised the transition before eventually leaving the company to form Pronto.
