Bryant® Medal of Excellence

The Bryant Medal of Excellence (MOE) is a program that recognizes the dealers that are doing "whatever it takes" to improve their overall business and excel in the marketplace. This multi-level program evaluates dealers based on several key elements of a dealers business: overall sales growth, high efficiency sales growth, indoor air quality sales growth, customer satisfaction, dealer program utilization, and a self-assessment. These are key elements in the marketplace that objectively determine how dealers are performing.

Bryant recognizes only 15 Regional MOE winners annually. These 15 dealers then compete with each other at the national level for the honor of being crowned Bryant's Dealer of the Year (DOTY).

Our 15 Regional winners come from 5 different geographic areas across the United States and Canada, and each region has 3 Regional winners. Dealers are divided into 3 tiers based on their annual sales. The dealer tier levels are:

Tier 1: $0 - $1 million total annual sales
Tier 2: $1 - $3 million total annual sales
Tier 3: $3 + million total annual sales

Bryant Dealer of the Year

The Bryant Dealer of the Year (DOTY) Award is designed to acknowledge the one MOE dealer that stands out above the rest. In order to be crowned DOTY, a dealer must be one of the 15 MOE Regional winners and be a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer (FAD).

The 2009 Bryant Dealer of the Year is Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning, of Edina, Minnesota.

Pinnacle Award

A dealer that has won the MOE award 5 times (prior gold medal recognition or current regional win) is given the honor of being acknowledged as achieving Pinnacle Award status. Our 6 Bryant Pinnacle dealers are:
